Editorial Committee and Reviewers
1. The editorial board consists of thirteen members, including the editor-in-chief. Editorial board members are appointed by the director of IEAS, subject to faculty approval. The editor-in-chief is elected from among IEAS researchers at or above the rank of research fellow. In addition to the editor-in-chief, three board members are IEAS researchers, with two of them elected by the faculty of IEAS and one of them appointed by the editor-in-chief. The remaining nine board members are external scholars at or above the rank of professor, with seven of them nominated by the faculty of IEAS and two of them appointed by the editor-in-chief.
2. Manuscripts are reviewed by at least two external scholars from different departments. Scholars from the same department or institution as the author are recused from the review process.
